TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

(SALES & MARKETING), Location Dubai - TERRITORY SALES MANAGER - Our client, a multinational company who is a leader in manufacturing heavy and medium duty original equipment for trucks, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager. Critical Outputs: Implement sales action plans to reach market goals. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships. Manage customer support policies to meet region guidelines. Essential Functions: Evaluate incentive requirements. Effectively manage the introduction of new products. Train customer panel on truck group products. Manage territory expense budget as established by the regional manager. Assure reliability of CIS / reporting. Competitive information gathered as field inputs. Person Specifications and Skills: Consistently act in an ethical, open, honest, trustworthy and truthful manner. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented. Must be team oriented. Must have specialized knowledge of business aspects of the trucking industry. Must work effectively while on the road and up to 80% of the time on overnight travel and work extended hours. Four-year degree and/or appropriate job experience required. Education & Experience: Engineering or Business Administration. Minimum 4 years work experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
