REQUIRED FOR A LEADING CONTRACTING COMPANY, Location Abu Dhabi - CONTRACTS & ESTIMATION MANAGER, (Ref. No. 2356) - Job Responsibilities: Plan, manage and direct the activities of the tendering department to ensure a smooth functioning and errorfree workflow. Perform managerial functions and exercise authority at the level established by the management. Review all tenders announcement or invitations and perform capability analysis for the purpose of suitability. Maintain a documentation for each prospective tender along with necessary support from internal / external department. Study all tender documents and plan the pricing of all purchased tenders. Analyze major material items and major subcontractors in a comparison sheet for evaluation. Review and monitor all phases of tender preparation and submission. Analyze the pricing of variation orders. Coordinate with consultants, labor contractors and other external parties and obtain best prices for tender submission. Maintain a database of all suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare all contract-related correspondence. Provide backup support to the Operations & Procurement Department. Establish and implement procedures for the tendering process. Maintain a database of all prices and keep it updated on a weekly basis. Salary Best as per the Industry Standards.
