SENIOR TRAINING OFFICER, Location Abu Dhabi - Our client, a government Oil and Gas Company, is looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications: Facilitate and coordinate trainings (offshore survival, basic fire-fighting, H2S) of newly hired employees. Manage the operation and technical support of the company’s scorecard system and KPIs. Good knowledge of career planning and training and development. BSc in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration. 5 years experience in HR, 2 years of which are in the same capacity. Fluency in the English language, with communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Office packages. Male, below 45 years old. Salary Best as per the Industry Standards.l Ref. No. 2354.
