CONSULTANTS PROJECT MANAGER - HIGH-RISE – RIYADH. Excellent Package. On behalf of our client, a world-renowned multinational construction and property consultancy, we are recruiting a qualified Project Manager for an iconic high-rise tower in Riyadh. The successful candidate must be Degree educated and preferably a member of a relevant affiliation such as CIOB. You must have a proven track record of Project Management, including high-rise buildings of over 40 storeys, over the past 10 years. Middle East experience is strongly preferred. You will report to the Project Director who is a Western expatriate. You will ideally be in your late 30’s to late 40’s. The salary and package are negotiable for the successful candidate. There is an option to have your family sponsored to stay here whilst you work in Riyadh and come back here every 3 - 4 weeks. quoting Ref. MC/0902-78/25/03.
