Pivot Engineering & General Contracting Company is a fast-growing construction company in the UAE, undertaking large residential and commercial projects including towers in the UAE. The company has ambitious plans to meet the growing needs of the UAE real estate market. Pivot Engineering is on a high growth path and has a prestigious portfolio of more than 10 projects under construction, with a more-than-6,000 workforce. The company is now looking for dynamic professionals to join their core team. PROJECT COORDINATOR - Architect, with minimum 10-15 years experience in the construction industry. Candidates with experience in technical coordination at site for various building types shall be preferred. Key responsibilities include: assisting the PM by handling complete technical coordination including the review of IFC drawings to expedite the resolution of missing information to facilitate the technical team; coordinating all aspects of architectural, structural and related services, shop drawings for site execution; studying specifications and ensuring vendor compliance; ensuring the implementation of approved architectural, interior & landscape details at the site. Good computer skills in handling the latest version of software like AutoCAD and MS Office are a must.
