SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR - B.Sc. / B.E. in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years of UAE / Gulf experience as a Quantity Surveyor, and knowledge of technical specifications and the interpretation of drawings, taking-off quantities, floating enquiries, follow-up and evaluation of quotations, preparing comparative statements, and familiar with pre-tender and post-tender activities, etc., preparing variations, claims and EOTs, preparing contractors and subcontractors payment certificates.
