Pivot Engineering & General Contracting Company is a fast-growing construction company in the UAE, undertaking large residential and commercial projects including towers in the UAE. The company has ambitious plans to meet the growing needs of the UAE real estate market. Pivot Engineering is on a high growth path and has a prestigious portfolio of more than 10 projects under construction, with a more-than-6,000 workforce. The company is now looking for dynamic professionals to join their core team. HSE OFFICER - Science graduate with a 1-year Diploma in Safety Management, 4-5 years of experience in a safety department and at least 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in a reputed construction company. He is responsible for assisting the Senior HSE Officer in all safety-related activities. His responsibilities include: conducting accident / incident / near misses investigations and reporting on the causes and remedial measures, planning and conducting internal HSE audit, conducting subcontractor’s HSE audit, conducting periodic inspections on vehicles, equipment, machinery, tools & tackles, fire-fighting facilities, excavations, scaffoldings, lifts, hoists & cranes, etc., with relevant checklists and maintaining the relevant registers, conducting HSE induction trainings for all new employees, training all subordinates in their day-to-day activities.
