at SOS (SPECIALISED OVERSEAS SERVICES) in GCC
CEO - Location: Kuwait.
• Provide strategic support to the MD with regard to the overall business.
• Assist in formulating the company’s mission and vision; develop strategy & business plans.
• Ensure the implementation of strategy and business plans.
• Implement, review and monitor business policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with regulators, potential clients, banks, stock exchange, etc. to keep abreast of the latest business trends and product offerings.
• Facilitate effective training, evaluation and developmental planning of team members.
• Attract business opportunities and promote the company’s projects / services.
• Develop effective performance management of funds and placements.
• Assume complete responsibility of the company’s financial performance.
• Expertise in strategy and business planning.
• Graduate and CFA or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years relevant experience in investment banking and corporate finance.
• Candidate should be bilingual (Arabic / English).
