HR MANAGER - Manufacturing Company, Salary Negotiable, Dubai Investments Park - With a steadily increasing sphere of activity, our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an HR Manager who will help to drive the development of the company. The role reports to the Managing Director and the appointee should expect to work as an Advisor to Line Managers to ensure that best practice HR is followed within the organisation. The HR Manager will be part of the executive management team. Our medium-sized client is based in Dubai Investments Park. This is a stand-alone role and you will have responsibility for the complete range of the function, including the full recruitment cycle. You will develop manpower plans and ensure that the most appropriate recruitment methods are utilised. Ongoing development of the performance management system is important and you will also have responsibility for employee relations and the administration of compensation and benefits. Development of policies and procedures will be a very important activity as will accurate record-keeping for all staff. To be considered for this role, you will be a graduate from a recognised university and must have a minimum of 6 years HR experience. Prior experience in the UAE is important and exposure within a manufacturing environment will be preferred. You must demonstrate leadership skills and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy in MS Office programs is mandatory.
