Procurement Manager - Technical Manufacturing. AED 30,000 (Negotiable), Dubai. Our client is an innovative leader in providing pre-assembled interior solutions for the hotel and residential industry. This role is a strategic position, at corporate level, and you will plan and direct the central procurement for the company in conjunction with the CEO. You will develop and improve all purchasing and administrative functions to maintain an economic and efficient operation. You will be required to approve bid proposals and specifications, evaluate overall revisions of contracts, liaise with suppliers and contractors and maintain good relationship with them. You must be able to demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes. You must have the ability to make decisions in accordance with laws and ordinances governing the contracting of materials and produce well-written technical documents. To apply for this position, you must have a minimum of 4 years experience in large scale, high volume, centralised purchasing functions within the construction or manufacturing industry. You will also have an understanding of various grades and qualities of materials and equipment obtained from various suppliers.
