PRODUCTION MANAGER

PRODUCTION MANAGER - Manufacturing. AED 30,000 Negotiable + Bonus, Dubai. Our client, an innovative Italian based company, has recently opened a facility in the Jebel Ali vicinity and is recruiting for a Production Manager to supervise a team of approximately 110 employees from various cultures. This fast-growing company is the industry leader in the manufacturing and assembly of custom-designed interiors that are installed in commercial and residential projects. This prefabricated concept has been well-accepted in the construction industry in the UAE and therefore, the company now needs to recruit a manager to assume the responsibility of ensuring production is able to meet demand. To be successful in this position, the candidate must have:
• Extensive scheduling knowledge
• Experience in production planning and scheduling
• Strategic planning skills
• Project management abilities
• Ability to motivate and supervise shift work teams
• Change management and performance optimisation skills
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic would be anadvantage).
