TRAINER – BANKING (Arabic Speaking). QAR 20,000 - 24,000 Plus Benefits. Qatar. Our client is a leading financial services organisation based in Doha. They offer a wide range of personal and corporate products and are a well respected forward-thinking business. Due to current expansion, there is a current requirement for an experienced Trainer to join their dedicated learning centre. You will be responsible for carrying out continuous deployment of relevant training programs to current and new employees, coordinating with the Training Program Developer to identify and analyse business training needs, assisting the department to upgrade and continuously improve training materials, ensuring feedback is received from course delegates and acting on this feedback as well as managing and participating in special projects assigned by the Head of Department.To be considered for this role, you must be a University Graduate with a Degree in HR or a related discipline. You must also have six to eight years banking or training experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is absolutely essential.
