Full-time PROJECT MANAGER - URBAN DESIGN

at CHARTERHOUSE in GCC

PROJECT MANAGER - URBAN DESIGN. SAR 25,000 Plus Accommodation & Car, Jeddah. A diverse business company operating throughout Saudi Arabia, with significant interests in retail and real estate, has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Project Manager - Urban Design to manage multiple street renovation projects. The initial project, based in Jeddah, includes designing a network of sidewalks, taking into consideration pedestrian traffic, maximizing street parking and complying with international standards.You will plan the layout of the project, prepare contract documents & drawings and conduct on-site observation of work during construction.You will also represent the client in obtaining bids and awarding contracts. To be considered, you should have a minimum of five years experience in design and project management. You will be proficient with software programs including AutoCAD and contracts. On occasion, you may be required to travel within Saudi Arabia, working with the Project Manager and site teams, inspecting the activities and ensuring designs are being carried out as specified. You will report back to head office when travelling. Fluency in Arabic and English are required for the position whilst previous working experience in Saudi market is advantageous.
