SENIOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS ANALYST - QAR 26,000 - 28,000 Per Month, Qatar. A large government organisation based in Qatar is currently expanding its IT department and has a requirement for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be required to work with users to identify and document requirements, conduct research, design and then implement information systems. In addition, you will also act as a mentor to more junior members of staff and to guide the management on the IT strategy. To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience in requirements gathering, requirements validation, impact analysis, workflow processes, data models, systems documentation, data migration planning, business cases, stakeholder management, user manuals, training guides and UAT strategies. Candidates must also have at least eight years experience, gained in a business analysis position and have experience of tools such as MS Project, VISIO, VB, PowerPoint, Access and Excel. In addition to the above technical experience, it is also essential that you have previous background and experience working for large multinational organisations, or large government departments with excellent understanding working on large-scale programme and projects. Candidate with experience working for mainly smaller organisations will not be considered for the role. Candidates with GCC experience will also be at a distinct advantage.
