MECHANICAL ENGINEER
at SOS (SPECIALISED OVERSEAS SERVICES) in UAE
An established oil and gas company is looking for candidates for the position with the following requirements: MECHANICAL ENGINEER - Ref. No. 2427.
• Candidate should be a Mechanical Engineering graduate.
• They should have a minimum of 10 years experience in machinery troubleshooting (preferably in oil and gas), with a minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of offshore oil installation equipment and at least 5 years of experience in machinery refurbishment and overhaul.
• They should have working knowledge of electrical and instrumentation engineering.
• They should be familiar with predictive maintenance programme, particularly vibration analysis; project management techniques.
• They should be conversant with CMMS packages (MAXIMO, SAP).
• They should have knowledge of HSE codes or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
