Arab Human Resources Specialist – KSA. Salary: Dhs 25,000/- + Benefits. Our client is a globally diversified technological and manufacturing company. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the key responsibilities will involve supporting all aspects of HR activities and ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s business strategies, preparing & implementing performance management systems, conducting employee orientation programs, providing support towards corporate HR policies & practices, participating in the development of training & development plans, assisting in recruitment & selection, and ensuring that corporate programs comply with professional and quality standards. Applicant sought will be a qualified graduate with 2 to 3 years HR experience involving employee relations, HR operations, benefits & staffing. Excellent communication skills and experience within leading international / global corporations will be desirable.
