Their team of support staff work very closely with their lawyers and fee earners, by providing essential secretarial and administrative support and enabling them to deliver a first class service to their clients. An opportunity has now arisen for a highly skilled Legal Secretary to provide support to one of the Partners. Duties will include diary and email management, arranging meetings and travel, case filing, monthly billing, research, liaising with clients and dealing with queries as well as other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal secretarial background, excellent computer capabilities, the ability to work under pressure and a flexible nature. Applications are invited from those with an audio typing speed of 60 wpm plus, although typing is actually a very small part of the role.
