HR MANAGER - An international engineering & contracting company currently has a vacancy for a Human Resources Manager based at their head offices in Dubai. Duties will include being responsible for the daily running of the company’s HR department. Dealing with recruitment and manpower planning, employee relations, implementation and compliance of HR policies, management of the training and development function and overall supervision of the HR database are other core activities of this position. The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard in HR management and have at least 5 years plus senior managerial experience in HR. Excellent communication skills as well as working knowledge and experience in regional labour laws and regulations is essential as well as experienced in Oracle systems.
