URGENTLY REQUIRED! A fast-growing company operating in Dubai, specializing in retail design and fit-outs, is inviting professionals to fill the below challenging position: SR. QUANTITY
SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
• Quantity Surveyor, Architect or Civil Engineer.
• 10 years experience in fit-out works and retail
outlets; at least 5 years in interior fit-outs.
KEY ROLES:
• Cost estimation
• Value engineering
• Quantity surveying
• Cost allocation
• Review of payment certificates
• Support in the closing of sub-contractor accounts
• Support in invoicing
• Monitoring project cash flow
• Support in planning and scheduling
SKILLS:
• Excellent English: spoken and written
• Good knowledge of the market and material
prices
• Excellent ability to read technical drawings
(architectural, civil, electromechanical, etc.)
• Excellent ability to understand quality detailing
and find alternatives to achieve value engineering
• Computer literate in MS Office, estimation
software and AutoCAD
• Ability to operate surveying equipment is an
added value
• Accounting knowledge is an added value.

• Organized and meticulous
• Serious and responsible
• Inquisitive and eager to learn
