Boutique Manager (Luxury Goods), AED 11,000 to AED 14,000 + Commission, Abu Dhabi. At last, a dream come true for the store manager who wants to move up the retail ladder and work with one of the most prestigious names in fashion. Our client is a well-established local group that is home to some of the most luxurious names in fashion. Our client is looking for a rare gem that will bring a certain level of professionalism to the boutique. As a Boutique Manager, you will have a very multi-tasked role. You will have to manage your sales team in terms of scheduling and personal appearance, delegate areas of responsibility within the store, assess and plan staff training as well as conduct weekly meetings to keep the team up-to-date. You will also have to ensure that customer service is delivered at all times and that special customer orders are followed up. You will be responsible for building a client database, so that you can keep clients informed about new launches and special events. You will need to liaise with the brand manager to ensure that you have the right stock levels to achieve your targets, and inform them of any operational problems you may have. This role requires someone who is a perfectionist and has a real eye for detail. It also requires someone who oozes style and sophistication and has an eye for visual merchandising. Candidates must speak fluent English and Arabic and have at least three years experience in fashion and luxury goods retail at a store management capacity.
