Executive Assistant - AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 + Sponsorship + Medical - Abu Dhabi. Due to continued expansion throughout the region, our client, a leading global consulting firm, has a vacancy for an experienced Arabic Executive Assistant for their offices in Abu Dhabi. Employing over 19,000 employees and serving clients on six continents, they integrate a full range of consulting capabilities to help both government and commercial clients with services in strategy, operations, organisation and change and information technology. The role of Executive Assistant provides secretarial support to two senior Directors and reports directly to both of those Directors and the Administration Manager. There are also direct working relationships with other senior management figures and the global team as well as external clients. There is extensive diary management, call management and travelagendas to be scheduled as well as responsibility for coordinating and preparing all the Director’s expenses and timesheet submittals per project. Additionally, there is a high level of general administration, such as proofreading and finalising documents, preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, proposals, letters, and client database management. To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of three years experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, advanced MS skills and a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm which will be tested at interview stage. The role requires a dedicated team player with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and provide a high level of service.
