CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - SAR 20,000 Per Month JEDDAH, KSA - A diverse business operating throughout most of Saudi Arabia, and with significant interests in retail and real estate, has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Project Manager to assume a client side role on a street renovation project. Primary responsibilities will include construction management of the projects which includes roads & parking, transportation, hard and soft landscaping in addition to ensuring a safe workplace. You must be Arabic speaking as the position will liaise and negotiate with government bodies, consultants and other stakeholders. In addition to an engineering Degree, you should have a minimum of 12 years experience in similar projects such as street parking and road renovation transportation. Your experience should include all aspects from design, construction, contract and legal. The role will require travel throughout the Saudi Arabia and only willing candidates need apply.
