REGIONAL SALES TRAINING MANAGER - AED 17,000 – AED 22,000 Per Month, DUBAI - A Regional Sales Training Manager is required for a leading worldwide cut crystal com pany. Within this role, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering sales training sessions to all levels of sales staff within both single and multi-brand retail operations. In addition, you will engage in “train the trainer” activities, coach and develop existing Sales Consultants, train new Sales Staff, support the management with budgeting and be the sole point of contact within the business for training related matters and issues. Successful applicants will demonstrate in excess of three years experience in delivering retail sales training sessions.You will also have a background in branded consumer goods. Due to travel requirements, only male candidates who are flexible and willing to travel will be considered. You will be fluent in both Arabic and English.
