LEGAL RESEARCHER (Arabic Speaking) - AED 15,000 – AED 18,000 Plus Benefits, DUBAI - Our client is a government organisation who is looking to recruit a qualified and proactive Legal Researcher to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Legal Services, you will be responsible for mediating commercial disputes and providing a quick resolution, follow up on commercial complaints and to research, analyse and draft legal opinion on various legal matters.You will also be involved in debt collection, participate in the organisation of legal seminars, conferences and workshops, be involved in various committees internally and externally, review new and existing laws and regulations and to participate in the preparation of the departmental report, annual plans and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in law with a minimum of three years experience in the commercial field with knowledge of alternate dispute resolution. You will have solid knowledge of the UAE laws and regulations and will have handled a high case load in your previous role. You must be Arabic speaking for this role.
