RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST - AED 12,000 Plus Benefits, DUBAI - Due to continued growth, this leading healthcare company is now looking for a Recruitment Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their recruitment experience in an internal role. Reporting through to the Human Resources Manager, responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs, interviewing candidates, performing searches for qualified candidates using computer databases, networking and recruitment companies, screening and referring applicants to hiring managers, conducting reference checks, arranging job fairs and salary negotiations with candidates. Ideally you have two to three years of experience in an agency or corporate environment. You will have excellent communications skills, the ability to build relationships with internal clients and have the ability to work within a team but also autonomously.
