ASSOCIATE - INVESTMENT BANKING - AED Circa 30,000 Per Month, ABU DHABI - This dynamic and expanding investment house currently requires an M&A Associate to assist in the execution of projects across a number of industries in the GCC and international markets. With a solid track record in the industry, the organisation provides a rewarding opportunity to the right candidate. Working within a small team, the role focuses on the execution of M&A and restructuring projects, as well as projects in equity capital markets, carrying out valuations, due diligence and financial modeling. In addition, you will be expected to produce reports, prepare financial statements and present results to management when requested, overseeing more junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified as a minimum. An MBA would be preferred, alongside strong numeric and presentation skills with a proven track record in research and financial modeling for the mentioned areas. Circa four years experience is essential and Arabic speakers are encouraged to apply.
