MANAGER - FINANCIAL CONTROL

MANAGER - FINANCIAL CONTROL, AED Circa 25,000 Plus Benefits, DUBAI - Our banking client have undertaken a large scale and extensive change management program recently across the organisation; linking to all the business transactional and support systems from the front to back office. In line with this review and change of systems, policies and procedures; the financial control functions are in the process of trying to identify a managerial headcount. This remit will cover all areas of internal controls and risk management whilst ensuring all post implementation procedures are stabilised and linked appropriately to all other internal systems. The role will also involve developing and stabilising a new general ledger across the bank, whilst ensuring all sub-systems and feed systems are complete and compliant with the new reporting structures and platforms. Our client will look to identify a qualified Accountant with a strong and in-depth understanding of the banking control environment, whilst having solid control and accounting skills especially linking to the general ledger.
