GENERAL MANAGER
at CLARENDON PARKER MIDDLE EAST in GCC
GENERAL MANAGER - SERVICES, SAUDI ARABIA, SALARY & BENEFITS NEGOTIABLE. Clarendon Parker Arabia is part of a global US$22Bn multinational support services corporation and we are looking for a dynamic and professional General Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based in our Riyadh office.You will be fully responsible
for the management of our business with our existing and potential strategic clients across the Kingdom, including all aspects of P&L, sales, marketing, operations, legal responsibilities and finance, such as:
• Supporting the delivery team and the growth of their client relationships;
• Identifying, developing and securing new opportunities within the allocated accounts and industries;
• Establishing the branch offices in Al Khobar and Jeddah which are already in process.
Our ideal candidate will be:
• A Saudi National (preferred) or a senior level expatriate;
• Qualified, with a Bachelor’s degree in a business related subject;
• Having a minimum of 5 years experience in sales and service delivery in a services industry company such as courier service, hospitality or facilities management;
• Proven track record in sales strategy execution, goal development and team leadership;
• Results driven;
• Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation skills;
• Fully aware of MNC compliance issues in the Kingdom;
• Able to travel regularly within the Kingdom and regionally as required;
• Fluent in English, with Arabic language as a major advantage.
