DIRECTOR - SALES & MARKETING - REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. (Arabic / English Speaker). A large real estate developer in SAUDI ARABIA has an immediate position for an experiencedresource who will assume the above role. Candidates should have at least five years experience in the region, in the real estate industry at a senior management level. An MBA in Marketing is essential and a track record in sales with a reputed developer.Responsibilities:
• Draw up and implement a sales and marketing plan
• Manage the advertising, media, PR activities, road shows
• Introduce innovative strategies in the marketing mix
• Lead and direct a team of sales and marketing professionals
• Manage the product and branding of the company
• Oversee the internal and external corporate communicationsAn excellent salary and benefits complement the position.Client interviews will be held in Dubai in the first week of June.
