TREASURY MANAGER
at LOBO MANAGEMENT SERVICES in UAE
TREASURY MANAGER - A challenging position, with a leading global corporate company based in the UAE, with offices spread out in GCC/North Africa and the Levant region.Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for implementing the Group’s/Company’s existing treasury policies with regard to the cash management and trade activities.
• Responsible for proposing new and/or improving treasury policies.
• Responsible for building cash forecasts of the Business Unit’s cash position and communicate to relevant parties.
• Work closely with the Control and Accounting departments to ensure constant cash flow forecasts, in line with budget and business needs.
• Guarantee bank receives proper reporting under the Project Financing. Coordinate with all relevant functions (technical, environmental, control) in a timely manner.
• Prepare, issue and recommend contracts and proposals for financial services related to investments and debts.
• Build, maintain & analyze cash flow forecast. Review of variances from the forecast and work closely with other business areas to ensure variances are investigated and forecasting is improved. Communication of the information to the relevant parties on time.
• Regularly review terms and conditions with banks in relation with the Regional Head of Treasury.
• Ensure optimal number of bank counter parties and accounts to maintain control over all transactions and optimise costs.
• Re-assess regularly bank counter-party risk.
• Candidate would have proven track record of not less than 4-5 years in a Multinational Organisation. Sound Business and Information systems understanding. Exposed to handlingregional Legal and Tax aspects. Possess sound internal control mindset.UAE experience is highly desirable. Age below 40 years.
