Full-time VICE PRESIDENT - DESIGN

VICE PRESIDENT - DESIGN, A regional business conglomerate, involved in several business activities, including complex and fast track mixed-use property developments, seeks to recruit an Architect with about 10 to 15 years of experience in design processes and systems management. The role is senior in nature and will work in tandem with the core project management team. Responsibilities will include design development through concept and schematic design phases, assist the Project Management Team with exterior and interior design, manage major design changes, if any, during the construction stage, report on progress and key design issues and update current and immediate future Project and Bid Pack status to the management. In addition, he will oversee a team of Design Architects and ensure that they discharge their specific duties and provideall project deliverables, in accordance with respective contracts as well as review their output on a periodic basis. We seek a Design Specialist, with a demonstrable track record of achievements in a multi-site, fast track, mixed-use development environment, with strong leadership capabilities complemented with a combination of excellent creative and management skills. Should have proven skills in completing design projects on time, in a highly stressed environment and manage multi-cultural teams. If you are the one, call immediately.
