Full-time GENERAL MANAGER

GENERAL MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES. Our client, a large established business group, wishes to appoint a senior human resources professional who will build their human capital and manage the human resources function, in line with the management objectives. Candidate Profile: A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from a premier institution with at least fifteen years experience of which at least five years should be at a senior management level. The person would serve as an HR Business Partner and should be - a person with a proactive approach, a positive attitude and team spirit who can address the management objectives and build a talent pool of skilled resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and restructure HR policies and processes.
• Design and develop performance management and talent management.
• Manage the recruitment process.
• Implement job analysis, job evaluation and the compensation / benefits structure.
• Oversee employee and labor relations.
