HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER - IRAN.
Location: TEHRAN.
A large and growing Multinational Organization with a Regional Office located in Tehran is seeking to recruit a Farsi speaking HR Professional to take on countrywide responsibilities in Iran. Reporting, administratively, to the Country Manager and functionally, to the HR Director, the role has many facets. Primarily, the selected person will be entrusted with the task of aligning the company’s business goals with typical HR activities, through the implementation of the organization’s global policies and procedures. These could be altered to suit the country’s needs, develop job descriptions, implement the performance management program, recruit staff and manage all HR administrative functions. We seek University Graduates with excellent experience of about 3 years in HR, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication skills in English and Farsi and the ability to influence change in the organization.
