SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT - EDUCATION (Abu Dhabi) - As a part of their business integration and expansion, our client, a large and highly profitable organization in Abu Dhabi, seeks to diversify into the Educational Sector. Their strategy encompasses the provision of services (such as health, educational, social interactive, wellness, etc.) in order to create well-integrated community or communities in and around the country. We seek a highly professional business consultant who will spearhead their foray into the field of education, enabling the organization’s association with excellent, renowned international educational institutions, the world over. We seek an ‘enabler’, who will set the project (concept, operations, revenue model) in action, commencing with a market study and ensuring the viability of the proposition, formulating a brand and the branding strategy, developing a communication and positioning strategy and negotiating forfinances. The role will also extend to identifying education partners from all over the world and introducing the region’s potential for setting up their branches in this region. Targeted international institutions could be providers of primary, secondary, tertiary education or just short-term vocational training. It will also include managing relationships with external business partners such as banks, advertising agencies, PR companies, attending conferences and seminars as well as participating in exhibitions, thus being the forerunner and the representative of the newly-formed company. The position will be supported by core teams of finance, marketing and operations professionals. A superb education, knowledge of the nuances of business in the ‘for-profit’ educational sector, the ability to manage global associations with international educational institutions, excellent communication skills are some of the requisites we seek. The role will grow into a senior corporate position, once the project reaches fruition and the person will be amply rewarded with an excellent compensation package.
