INSTRUMENT UTILITY SENIOR TECHNICIAN
at SOS (SPECIALISED OVERSEAS SERVICES) in Abu Dhabi
INSTRUMENT UTILITY SENIOR TECHNICIAN - Location Abu Dhabi. Required for a government oil and gas company to carry out maintenance, calibration and repair work on site, on a variety of instrumentation equipment. Accountabilities:
• Install, maintain or repair a variety of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation equipment.
• Test, calibrate and reinstall repaired electronic and pneumatic instruments, ensuring accuracy of operation and recording of data, both within a system or circuit, and in synchronization with others.
• Modify configuration of TOG 2000, CENTUM database as well as the PLC programs as instructed by the supervisor.
• Vocational technical qualification plus 2 years training in Instrumentation or Automatic Control Engineering and distributed control systems.
• 5 years experience in instrumentation maintenance and repair in the oil or petrochemical industry.
• Age: Maximum 45 years Salary Best as per the Industry Standards Respond | Ref. No. 2572.
