Client Services Manager
at Innovation 7 Consulting in Dubai
This is an exceptional opportunity based in the UAE, for a highly professional and proven commercial Client Services Manager keen to join a profitable and expanding business.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, the role will encompass relationship management for internal and external customers based in the UAE. In addition, you will take on training, facilities and 1st level helpdesk management whilst being responsible for an expanding team based in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate/have:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service / support environment, at least 2 spent at management level
Ability to manage difficult clients and employee situations – diplomatic and calm under pressure
The ability to develop, implement, communicate and maintain operational procedures.
Formal education to degree level or equivalent
Strong client relationship management skills – confident and fluid communicator
Previous experience of working with blue chip clients within a globally dispersed, culturally diverse team/business
In depth knowledge of GCC region
An understanding of Data Protection and data management laws for the UAE region
Able to live and work in the Middle East – none restricted passport (likely location Dubai)
Project management knowledge
Fluency in written and spoken English
An understanding of computer based assessment and testing
