Business Development Manager
at Innovation 7 Consulting in Dubai
Our client runs and manages schools through out the Middle East, Africa and Asia they also work in conjunction with Governments to improve education standards. They are currently looking to expand the team with an experienced Business Development Manager based in Dubai.
Main responsibilities:
Advise senior management on setting and prioritising specific expansion targets based on the strategic vision of the company
Take forward and execute the implementation strategy and plan to achieve the expansion targets of the company (translated into quantifiable quarterly/half-yearly objectives). Provide senior management with a detailed understanding of the roadmap, including insight into the “education landscape” in the countries targeted for expansion.
Business development -Based on the implementation roadmap and the company’s objectives, provide assistance to source, originate, and identify business opportunities across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia regions.
Qualifications/Knowledge:
Undergraduate degree from a reputed university, preferably augmented with an MBA or an equivalent master’s degree.
Skills: Solid interpersonal and networking skills, strong analytical skills, good communication skills (both verbal and written), negotiating skills, research skills.
Personality Profile: A commercially savvy person with good business acumen. Smart, dynamic personality who can make a positive first impact on potential investors/partners.
Experience: More than 5 to 7 years of experience in investment banking or in strategic consulting position(s). Prior experience in business development as part of a rapidly growing organization a plus.
Fluent English Speaking Vital - Middle East Experience Essential.
