LEAD ARCHITECT

LEAD ARCHITECT - Required: Offer: Attractive Salary Package + Bonus. Candidate must be an Architecture graduate, with 3-5 years UAE experience. Will coordinate a team of engineers and documentation clerks; with experience and knowledge of processing documentations such as NOCs, approvals from Nakheel and Emaar as well as attending meetings with clients & authorities. Will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for the design staff, projects and projects acquisition within the Architectural Department. Experience in marketing is a must. Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of MS Office and an understanding of Arabic are added advantages. UAE driving license holder preferred. Experience in swimming pools and landscaping is a must. Candidates with an NOC and transferable visa need only apply.
