E-MARKETING ASSISTANT
at SOS (SPECIALISED OVERSEAS SERVICES) in Sharjah
(SALES & MARKETING), Location Sharjah - This is a great opportunity for a suitably experienced person to join one of the largest machinery suppliers for the textile industry in the region as an E-MARKETING ASSISTANT. Job Description: B2B PORTALS:
• Update products on B2B search engines.
• Expire the products every week and re-initialize at the same time.
• Post selling leads from time to time, same as product posting.
• Change the pictures of products and application pictures from time to time.
• Take buying leads from portals related to the products and forward them to the concerned department.
• Keep searching new B2B portals and post the products and submit selling leads accordingly.
• Update product profile from time to time.
• Search companies from portals which are related to the product sectors and submit our product profile. On a weekly basis, updated reports are required. SEARCH ENGINES & ONLINE DIRECTORIES:
• Check the company name on different search engines and submit weekly reports on it.
• Keep track of all UAE-based search engines and online directories and check our profile in them. DATABASE:
• Collect the data from different online directories and convert it in to Excel format.
• Incorporate the above data through SQL or any other process into CANIAS CRM.
• Update the existing client data from time to time and check the necessary fields are not missing.
• Keep track of all new candidates opening in CRM and update it if necessary. ONLINE SHOP:
• Keep track of all sales orders through online shop.
• Keep track of stock inventory.
• Must upload 30-50 products in online shop, every week.
• Check the status of the online shop and give analysis report on it.
• Post products through HTML based email. SHOPPING PORTALS:
• Post the products on different online shopping portals with pictures, prices and related stuff. SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION:
• Search using different keywords on all search engines and check the rank and order of visibility.
• Run all search engine optimization software online and as well as locally and submit a weekly report.
• Check most commonly used keywords by users related to the sectors or matching to our products.Any other related work / assignment which may be assigned by the management. Minimum Programming Language Requirement: PHP, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Web-based Applications: Content Management Systems e.g. Joomla, Mambo, WordPress, VirtueMart. UAE Experience: 2-3 years. Age: 21-30 years. Nationality: Any. Salary Best as per Industry Standards.
