On behalf of our clients, international & local conglomerates, involved in design, engineering & management consultancy and also specializing in property, transport & environmental projects, we are hiring the following professionals for their ongoing projects in ABU DHABI: HR MANAGER - UAE Nationals. Salary: Dhs 40,000/- Negotiable + Benefits. Based in Abu Dhabi, the focus of this role is to establish a strategic plan for HR and communicate to all levels in the organization, implement short & long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, operating procedures, monitor & evaluate program effectiveness, oversee payroll functions, handle recruitment & selection, train, monitor & evaluate performance, motivate & retain employees, initiate corrective or disciplinary actions where applicable, represent the company with governmental authorities on matters related to HR and labor affairs. Applicants must hold HR Degree qualifications or Business Management and should have gained minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a large global organization.
