FACILITIES - SITE MANAGER
at BAC MIDDLE EAST in UAE
FACILITIES - SITE MANAGER Dhs 10,000 To 12,000 (All Inclusive). For a multinational company. The successful applicant will be Degree educated - Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. You must have 5+ years of experience in property management in the UAE. Under broad direction, you will plan and manage the operation and maintenance of small/medium-size sites which may include office, laboratory, manufacturing, and/or warehouse facilities in multiple buildings, often in a campus setting. The locations would be Dubai and Abu Dhabi and travel is involved. You will supervise 20 technical employees and craftsmen, with experience in facilities operation & maintenance. UAE D/L is a must.
