TRAINING OFFICER - ABU DHABI / AED 35,000 GROSS + ANNUAL BENEFITS. A reputed organization seeks to recruit a professional in charge of training for the company’s main office, its branches and other associates. Degree in HRM or BA, 5 years experience as HR Head / Supervisor and 5 years in HR training. His core functions will include supervising updation of all employees’ training records, conducting internal trainings (soft skills, computer skills, communication skills, etc.), building reciprocal relationships with external training institutions and agencies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, flexible, hardworking and a positive attitude are part of the criteria. Arabic communication skills are a must.
