SERVICE ENGINEER
at LOBO MANAGEMENT SERVICES in Dubai
SERVICE ENGINEER - POWER TOOLS. Our client in DUBAI is a leading multinational company specialized in power tools. They require a Service Engineer who has a solid understanding of the technical aspects of all power tools Role Brief:
• Manage all claims from our customers and communicate with the head office
• Judge whether the complaint is based on manufacturing defects or operator error. (By physical visit, email, phone)
• Provide solutions to customers; monitor and control all claim status properly
• Conduct product demonstration.
• Ensure that an effective service network is operational throughout the area providing after-sales service that exceeds customer expectation in the GCC market.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on repairs, quality and cost via management of service network in all Markets. The position is based in Dubai to handle the servicing of branded power and industrial tools. Candidate should have minimum 2 - 3 years Gulf experience in repairs and managing a service department in the power tools industry. An Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical is mandatory. The selected candidate can look forward to a salary of approx. Dhs 8,000/- plus benefits.
