Decorations Manager

Decorations Manager - Salary Negotiable. Dubai. Do you have strong leadership skills with proven coaching competencies and the flexibility to adapt quickly and easily to a fast-paced retail environment? Are you a dynamic, pragmatic and creative individual who can think outside the box and use your own initiative to set the scene? If so, your main mission in this role will be to maximize sales by creating a commercial, yet 'always different' store presentation with a 'handmade' feel. You will be responsible for managing a team to decorate the store within our clients brand guidelines and for actively implementing the interior displays. This position would best suit a person who is currently a Decorations Manager or Interior Designer and would like to take on a role with an expanded focus to further develop. In order to be considered for this role, it is essential you have at least four years previous experience working creatively with furniture and accessories or fashion and have a qualification in visual merchandising or retail display. They will have the ability to lead a team of 3 to 5 senior personnel and work closely with the store management and you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and influence a positive organizational culture. Be prepared to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and take on a duty management role. Candidates who are committed and passionate, self-driven and sales focused are required. Experience in home styling and sales building initiatives and promotions is necessary and you must have familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop and AutoCAD.
