PAYROLL ANALYST

PAYROLL ANALYST - HUMAN RESOURCES, AED 15,000 - 25,000 Plus Benefits, Abu Dhabi. Our client is a leading Abu Dhabi government organisation. They have recently undergone acorporate restructure and are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their HR division. You will be responsible for the following: Assisting in the full payroll process utilising an in-houseHR payroll system; working closely with the compensations and benefits team to roll out the newpayroll structure of the organisation; preparation of payroll reports; supporting the delivery of thecompensation process; implementing new payroll strategies; assistance in the preparation ofbudgets from a payroll perspective and other ad hoc duties as required. To be considered for this position, you must be Degree qualified in HR or a relevant Degree, andhave approximately ten years experience in HR, specialising in payroll within a large well-knownorganisation. Fluency in English is essential and preference will be given to Arabic speakers.
