COST ENGINEER

COST ENGINEER – QATAR BASED, SHIPYARD CONSTRUCTION. Excellent Package - For a multibillion dollar oil & gas company based in Qatar. Working on the client side, you will need to be Degreeeducated, with at least 10 years of experience in oil andgas or marine civil cost engineering projects. Yourexperience should include Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis,Cost Trending, Cost Forecasting, Cost Reporting, Cost andBudget Control, Invoice Administration and Project AssetCapitalization. Responsible for the timely definition andpreparation of cost estimates and cost forecasts at variousstages of the project, effective participation in commercialevaluation of bids / variations / claims, preparation ofbudget / AFE and cost phasing, cost databank / databasedevelopment, cost monitoring/analysis and cost trending.
