STRUCTURAL FOREMAN
at SOS (SPECIALISED OVERSEAS SERVICES) in UAE
OIL & GAS POSITION - Location ABU DHABI. Required for our client, a government oil and gas company. STRUCTURAL FOREMAN - Ref. No. 2751.
• Vocational education with minimum five years experience as a Fabrication Foreman, preferably in the oil or petrochemical industry.
• Should be familiar with different types of welding processes such as SMAW, GTAW, gas welding, etc., and material fabrication materials and NDT inspection.
• Obtain work permits, review work assigned and arrange for necessary materials, tools and equipment to complete the assigned tasks.
• Allocate work to assigned Fabricators / Welders / Riggers. Participate in fabrication and installation work as necessary.
• Conduct site survey of Wellhead Platform based on inspectors report and prepare material list and fabrication drawings.
• Issue comprehensive daily activity reports.
• Ensure all tools and test equipment are kept clean and serviceable and advise on spare parts and material requirements.
• Age maximum 45 years.Salary Best as Per the Industry Standards. Applicants who are not contacted within two weeks following the submittal of their CV for a vacancy, have unfortunately been unsuccessful.
