IT HELPDESK ANALYSTS - FRENCH SPEAKERS ONLY. Dhs 11,000. On behalf of our client, a global leader in the oil industry, we are recruiting IT Professionals to work as IT Helpdesk Analysts in their Middle East head office in Dubai. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be expected to act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues for the company’s employees across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. The successful applicant will have a Computer Engineering Degree and must be fluent in both written and spoken English / French. You must have technical competence in Desktop Support, Networking, Operating Systems and Application Support. MCSE Certified applicants will be given preference. ONLY French speakers should apply.
