MECHANICAL ENGINEER - BUILDING SERVICES. AED 40,000 Plus Benefits. Abu Dhabi. Our client is a world-class consultancy offering award-winning architectural design, progressive infrastructure engineering and highly ranked project and construction management services known for quality and professionalism. Due to continued success, they now require an exceptional Mechanical Engineer. The successful candidate will have been engaged in building services for at least ten continuous years. It is expected that you have the ability to read and gauge the quality of design which have been developed in the course of your career that has involved both design production and contracting in building services. Candidates require a BSc Degree or equivalent, with appropriate institutional affiliation, ASME, ASHRAE and / or CIBSE, etc. The ability to quickly assess the integrity of a design with respect to completeness and practicality is essential. A varied but nonetheless in-depth knowledge of all aspects of mechanical building services, both technical, and, to a lesser extent, contractual will be required.
