Full-time Business Development Specialist

at CHARTERHOUSE in Abu Dhabi

One of our client is currently looking at recruiting a Business Development Specialist to be based in the Abu Dhabi offices. You will be responsible for improving the institutions image in the ability of providing quality and retainable employees, sourcing and identifying employment opportunities with potential employment partners and submit business potential reports, identifying quantitative and qualitative needs of employers through dialogues and advise on customized programs to place job seekers or sourcing job seekers from database. It will also be your role to maintain relationships with employers in coordination with Employer Relations Director and provide feedback from employers about effectiveness of the stimulus packages and recommend adjustments as deemed necessary to encourage the employers to stay with the Emiratisation program.
